Location is good and wihin easy walking distance from beach, shops and other attractions. Room was relatively big and everything was in good condition. Door locks not working properly; had to get hotel staff several times to help me open the door. |

- The hotel is close to "Walking Street" but it is very quite. - Very nice and kind staff (maybe similar to other hotels). - Pool area is not as big as it looks like in pictures. - Some distance to the seaside - Absolutely not a 4 stars hotel. (Max a valuable 3 stars) |

I had problems in the city. And the general manager there took upon himself to help me. Going much further than one could expect and hope. I made a new friend and I have high regards for the entire staff there. |

The staff was amazing. They were very helpful and accomadating with most matters. The rooms were very nicely decorated and the staff always ensured that the high standard of clenlyness was upkept. I can not say enough about the service and the professional demenor of the hotel staff. |

The design is very comfortable. The room is very clean. The shower room is very dangerous. Floor slippy and the dangerous at the corner. In case the person slipped down, he would get hurt because the corner is dangerous with sharp angle. |

Quiet, the surrounding area is away from the night life so it's very quiet at night. Not too far from walking street, subway, or starbucks (walking distance) and 100-200 baut to get all the way to the Hard Rock. Nice pool, shaded for a to-0900 morning swim and lit at night open till 2200 or 10pm. Not well known. make sure that you get a card from the front desk or print off the name and location off the internet. Drivers were taking us to Nova Suites instead of this one. |
