Excellent Hotel no doubt about it, good loacation. Reception staff was little rude. There were welcome room fruit basket was missing. They are unable to guide about what facilities we can avail as we were new and knows nothing about what level of facility they are giving. Any free service/transportation from hotel to shopping plaza No information in the room about city for visitor. |

Everything at this hotel was great. We had a fantastic holiday. The staff there is extremely nice and helpful and the pool team is the best I've ever met. |
